AMD Crimson Drivers High Fan speed on boot

So i've recently installed the new Crimson drivers and i am currently facing a problem.

My fans automatically sets themselves to 90% when i boot my PC, i have to and reset the AMD overdrive settings to make it go down to the normal automatic speeds again. Once i boot my PC again i have to face the same problem, the fans will set to 90% again. I am not sure whether this is some sort of bug with MSI afterburner after the new Crimson driver, but even if i uninstall afterburner the problem still occurs
