Monitor drops out frequently (no signal).

I have 4 monitors running with EyeFinity. One of the monitors drops out frequently (no signal). Pulling out and re-plugging the cable usually resolves the problem but I am forced to reboot occasionally.  I have installed the latest Windows 10 drivers. Any help would be appreciated
