What drivers do you have currently installed?
What is the OS you are using?
Reading this on the Gigabyte web site indicates you may need to get the drivers for your product directly from Gigabyte.
I am using the latest drivers provided through the vendor which is pushed through Windows Update as well (the same OEM drivers). However, Gigabyte is still not supporting Windows 10 in their Brix drivers and only support Windows 8.1 as latest platform.
