iexplore crash module atidxx32.dll

Name of fault application IEXPLORE.exe (64bit version) (11.0.9600.17840) fault module name atidxx32.dll 8.17.10.625
I know what IE is garbage, clicked it accidently and after seconds I close it and got error linked with ati video driver module, I turned off hardware acceleration in IE when I tried to start/close IE and load some pages, and bug dissapear. That bug can appear also in application linked on IE engine I think.
