I have a Radeon 7950 that I purchased and it is beyond the 30 day return. It does not work. Black screen with no video feed out of any ports.
I have tried everything I can think of and I am convinced this is a faulty video card. I am wanting to return it for a new one.
Does anyone know the RMA process with AMD? I have tried through their support on the website but I get no response form their support.
They say a ticket is opened but nothing ever happens and nobody ever responds.
Does AMD stand behind their products? If so how do I request and RMA?
