Not sure of my problem, resolution or maybe display driver related

I use a Sharp Aquos HDTV for my monitor, and for windows 7, it was plug and play.  Everything worked out.

 

I upgraded to Windows 10, and I cannot get my resolution to fit my screen, it's too big.  I tried all the Windows settings I could get my hands on, all the television settings I could try, and all the catalyst control settings, which I just ended up uninstalling, because I only wanted the card driver, and I'd rather not reinstall it.

 

My screen resolution is too big, I cannot see the edges of my screen under any circumstances whatsoever.

 

It's not easy for something like this to piss me off, but I'm officially pissed off.
