Hello All,

Thank you everyone a head of time for all of your time and efforts on my behalf!

THE PROBLEM:

Upgraded to win10 then rolled back to 7. Before win10 my "Graphics" score Windows Experience Index (WEI)  (lowest) was 4.1. Now after the roll back it's 3.9.

THE QUESTION:

How do I get that 4.1 performance back and what happened in the first place?

WHAT I HAVE ALREADY DONE:

I uninstalled the AMD card and installed the native board graphics again let it register in the (WEI) and then uninstalled it and reinstalled the AMD card. Set the graphics card to the highest settings and the "windows visual effects" to both "let windows choose" and to "best Appearance" and tested each time. Also, in the power options everything is set to the highest. The graphics card, I added it in, it didn't come with the machine.
