Blackscreen windows 10 after a few hours.. Any way to log?

Hi,

I have a R9 280X card that ran great for quite a while under Windows 8, 8.1 and now Windows 10.

But lately i get blackscreens after a few hours and i have to reset the whole system with the reset button on the case.

I replaced the PCI-E cables, went back to an earlier driver.. Still crashes..

I'm thinking of replacing the card with a 380 or 390 IF it's indeed the card..

Any way to check or search logs? The Windows log says only a kernel power issue (the reset)...

Where should i look for the 280X?

As it could be power related, memory or maybe even mainboard or processor?

I need to know for sure before replacing anything..

Thanks,

Andre

P.S:

For troubleshooting, i replaced PCI-E cables, installed latest drivers instead of the Windows Update versions, disabled the Intel IGPU (onboard graphics), cleared and reset all BIOS data..

Still crashes once a time. Especially when watching video..
