Random pixels on new R7 260x 2 gb graphics card

So recently bought this card via bestbuy (on ebay) to replace an older nvidia card.  First problem had to do with HDMI sound and the amd drivers which for some reason showed a bunch of installed cards when I loaded, and nothing seemed to work right.  I ended up uninstalling them and installing whatever windows update gave me which seemed to help.

Lately though I am getting random pixels or artifacts (maybe this is correct term) when just using the desktop. Its actually doing it right now.  Its not keeping me from using the computer but it is very annoying.  Card is less than a month old.

Running windows 10 pro 64 bit.

Card does have hynix memory according to GPU-Z.

I am not a hardcore gamer or overclocker, everything running at normal settings.

Is there any workaround for this?  Do I need to try to contact amd for a different card or something?  Or XFX?  I think they are the card brand.  I'm fine with changing some settings if I can, in the bios or whatever, but I need to know what to change lol.

Can anyone help?
