R9390 8GB problem with IPISB-CH2 Motherboard?

So I am trying to upgrade my computer from a R9270X Card to the R9390 Card. I install the card and try to boot up the computer and nothing happens, no display at all. I have a 750W power supply and the R9270x works fine. I just want to know if its the motherboard that is not compatible with the new card or if it is something else.

The Motherboard is an IPISB-CH2. HP Support document - HP Support Center <- Link to motherboard specs.

I didn't know if it is the motherboard or not since the R9270X works with no problems.
