try launching the game as admin and I'm assuming you tried running a command prompt with admin rights sfc/scannow in windows already ?
Yeah i did the sfc /scannow , it did fix some problems and it did lengthen the time it took for the TDR to go off, but still did not solve the problem... I tried updating all my drivers to the latest but to no avail still...
-Use msi afterburner to lower clocks by 50-100 Mhz for both gpu core and video memory. You may need to lower core voltage for the gpu a bit, let's say by 0.025 mv.
-Check your HDD/ SSD for errors and bad sectors.
-Check for virus/ malware.
-Check you temperatures. Use vsync and a frame limiter to match your screen's refresh rate for optimal results.
From my experience, the most common reason for this message is unstable clocks/ voltage for the gpu card.
An updated video bios version may fix this problem, so make sure you open a support ticket with Powercolor's support site and ask them directly.
