cant seem to find them anywhere, apart from oc temps people get.. but what are the max temps OFFICIALY and UNOFFICIALY and MAX STABLE AND MAX BREAKABLE
Hi El Diablo,
Average temp is in the 50c range, max temp will be about 65c and then the fan speed will increase to keep temperatures around 65c. The absolute maximum temperature before the GPU starts to throttle the core clocks is 75c, but it's unlikely you'll ever hit this temperature. The Fury X runs cool.

Why don't you ask AMD all these questions?
or better yet, call them. I'm sure they would love to hear from you.
IM asking them here man
and also other pple world wide can get the answer too
my temps are allways 30ish
did u get retail fury'x or u lucky enuf to pick your own chips or get the gud ones?
ok so basicaly the card can never go above 75c..
ok for other people out there incase they wanna mod the fcuk out of the card... what are the MAX MAX temps if they somehow remove the throttling
wat is the highestdegree in celcius u can go where 1 more degree wil burn the chip and give errors,,
and what is the highest to where the card wil just break ,,the end ...no more fury secks... sory i meen fury x haha
the card is so sexy
also would u rather underclock the card,, or raise the fan temps to keep it cooler to get more years out of the card
howmany years are the pumps rated to last
does raising the fan speed increese the pump speed
is there a way to lower the pump speed an jus get the fan faster
is there an official way to change the fan OURSELFS once broken
wat fans do amd reccomend to use with the card?
do u reccomend spraying wd40 on the fan?
aparently the dual bios on the standard air cooled fury allowes the max temp to hit 80celcius,,, from 75..
does our cards have the same when we flip the switch
can you ask amd to make a youtube video on explaining the fury x INSIDE OUT plese,, like giving answers to all my annoying questions,, it will save time for al the lazy people
In catalyst control center set the max temp at 52C and the fan to run 100% if it ever gets that hot. I have never seen my fans over 1000 RPM or so and the GPU stays at 50C this is running games for 30 to 60 minutes. Thanks
my fury x never hits 50c
only a few times it has but I think its due to my cpu bottlenecking the card from fully maxing out
even though it says my card is getting maxed, I don't think the whole of the gpu shaders or ace units or whatever are that's why my temps stay low,
then again my case is allways open and its on its side so the heat just tends to rise right out of the hole u get where the power plugs into the card..
why do u run your card like that
what are your reasons
I also use msi afterburner,, and I made a custom fan curve so as soon as it hits 30c,, the fans are at 50% 40c fans are at 70% and 50c fans are at around 80-90,,, I don't wanna run fans at 100% due to me thinking maby that is its limit and I would like to keep this card until it cant run the latest games at 60hz/60fps with vsync on and EVERYTING set to quality in CCC
