Battlefield 4 AMD Driver has stopped responding and has recovered R9 270X

I'm currently esperiencing problems with the AMD drivers on Battlefield 4. Randomly the driver crashes and I get the message "AMD Driver has stopped responding and has recovered" Windows keeps working, but game crashes too and has to be restarted.

The bug is difficult to recreate because it happens randomly, and not even on high graphical demanding stages.

Another thing to note is that highlight recording on AMD Gaming evolved app automatically turns off when I open the game and get a failure message.

I'm using driver version 15.7.1 (Beta drivers crash when loading the game, I've already submitted the report)

I'm also using Mantle.

Recently made a clean driver install (both chipset and graphics), but the problem persists.

My specs are:

  • AMD FX-6300
  • Saphirre R9-270X 2GB
  • ASUS M5a97 R2.0 Motherboard
  • 16GB ddr3 1600 RAM
  • Windows 10 64-bit OS
