New computer, problem with graphics card or drivers (R7 200)

I just got this computer (store pre-assembled), I installed win 7 ultimate sp1 and everything worked ok until I installed the drivers the store gave me for my graphics card (when it was recognized and after a restart was warranted).

After that I got BSOD every time after windows loading screen (atikmdag.sys was reportedly to blame).

Then I googled a bit, tried couple of suggestion but none of it was helpfull so I installed a fresh copy of win 7 ultimate sp1, got it completely up do date and installed the newest stable drivers from amd website (AMD radeon R7 200 series, driver version 15.200.1062.1004).

Now I dont get BSoD but just a black blink after the windows loading screen and computer restarts itself. It just wont work til I disable the graphics card.

My Bios is up to date, motherboard ASRock H81M-DG4, CPU Intel i3-4170, graphics R7 250.

Any info is helpful, is it hardware/software problem, Im lost.
