I crash in game every time.
And kudos to you t77 chevy for your valuable input. Your first comment: "...no one I know has this problem.". That told me to quit futzing with the drivers and CCC, they work! And it's something I did wrong. Your second comment: "...do you notice anything with gpu clock speeds etc?". Huh? That told me to get some GPU testing/monitoring software to see what's really going on, so I grabbed a free copy of MSIAfterburner and had a squiz (as Dave would say). Data seemed to point to a power issue. (From second post), I'm using a brand new CORSAIR RM850i 850W (a modular PS). The PCIE cable terminates into 2x8pin connectors and I had hooked in both GPU's on a single cable. That was my mistake. I did it because it seemed sooooo convienent. Popped in a second cable so each GPU had a dedicated cable and played a whole round of Giants Of Karelia on NUNYA without any problems other than I still suck at playing. So, thanks again for your input and mark this one solved.
May be you remember back in the early days with Apple's SCSI chains that had to be properly terminated? Reflected power/data waves. This problem reminded me of that.
Hi Robert Ward,
Can you provide more information please?
What AMD Hardware/Drivers are you using?
What API are you using DX/Mantle?
What in game settings are you using?
Are you using VSR?
OK, here's what I'm running:

I want to run Battlefirld4 in Crossfire. When I set CCC to Crossfire, all is wellwith game load. When I click on deploy, computer reboots. Does the same thing withBF-Hardcore. Game(s) are running in Direct3D 11. VSR on/off, same crash.
Crossfire doesn't work! suggestions?
Man, I just don't get it!This is AMD Support Forums, right?
This/these posts are now online for the whole world to see. 39(oops, 40) views so far. You think anyone will want to buy AMD's premier GPU products after reading this! After seeing what kind of support is forthcoming? I just put together a $5+k gaming build. I've been doing gaming HPC's since 2004. This ain't my first rodeo. I'll putz around with these cards for another week. If I do solve this I will for sure return and post the solution.
Single card is really nice @ 3840x2160 but not the gaming FPS I am willing to pay for. Come on AMD, step up! - HyLite
