I am on Windows 10 insider preview build 10547 and I recently got an update for my Radeon HD 6620G it updates to display adapter driver 15.201.1151.0 from windows update then the screen blinks like it usually would for an update and then it goes black with the only thing shown being the mouse cursor. It also creates an issue whenever I boot my computer. I have had to boot into safe mode to roll back the driver at least 3 times in the past 5 days due to windows automatically updating me to this new driver. If more info is needed I will also post a copy of my dxdiag info.
