As far as I know the new Zen generation will be released in Q4 of 2016 while AMD will earn the financial benefit of its' release in 2017.

My first source was garbage.Upon further researching ,I see it is much like your info .The A2 production candidate (PC) “Summit Ridge” processors that run at designated clock-rates and support all features are expected to ship to AMD’s partners in July, 2016. By September, 2016, AMD will ship A2 revision production ready (PR) processors with all the markings on them. The first central processing units featuring “Zen” cores will be introduced in October, 2016.
I think, at best, it is wishful thinking.
It would surely be awesome, though.
