Hi, i've sent a faulty fx8350 to its rma's process, it's been almost 2 months since i started it. The RMA's been approved and the replacement part was sent and reached its destination to Tampa, Florida (on september 8th of this current month), where apparently the "SIR Company USA" is located, the company that is in charge of the shippings, so i've been told. I have sent 3 emails to tech support to keep me updated on the status of my replacement part and also because i'm sick tired of waiting. They used to answer me, every 24 hs, but they answered at least, but now, not a single email was answered. Does anyone know how to contact them direcly, by email or whatever that works to know at least the minimum about my product? I'm from Argentina, if it serves of any kind of help.
