I run Windows 7 SP1. The monitor is an ILYAMA PROLITE E2607WSV. The GPU is an ATI RADEON R9 280X. Driver 13.35.1005. Recomended res is 1920x1200.

I have Googled this and it seems to be an ATI driver problem. Incidently I did not get this with my ATI 6970 2GB card.

Have no option for 'overscan' on my CCC.

Really just want to know if ATI have solved/corrected this yet?..Or has any genius found a solution?
