R9 270X Crashing in Full Screen Gaming

When playing newer games in Full Screen, the screen flashes between a full back screen, multi-color (and not the test pattern) to the game not being visible but showing the desktop.  On a few occasions, the monitors have gone to sleep as if the video cards are no longer plugged in.  Everything was working fun until late last night.  Now, it crashes with every game I've tried including  DayZ, Factorio, Romero's Aftermath, Rainbow 6: Siege, and Binding of Isaac Rebirth.

System Configuration:

AMD FX-8350 - Liquid Cooled

AMD R9 270X (Dual with crossfire disabled)

16 GB DDR3 RAM (2 x 8 GB Sticks)

I've tried the latest driver, beta driver, and previous driver.  I've reinstalled DX9 and DX11.  I've ensured the DVI Connector, video cards, and crossfire connector are all secure.

No components of the system are overheating.

I've tried everything I can think of short of a reinstall of windows (trying to avoid it as it can take 2 days to get everything set back up again).
