Awful screen flashing R9 280 Crossfire in Windows 10

Whenever Crossfire is enabled all of my fullscreen games have white or yellow lines flashing across the screens. If I had epilepsy I would be dead. With Crossfire disabled it works fine but what's the point in having two cards if I can't use them? I have tried completely wiping the drivers and reinstalling, both beta and regular, swapping pci slots, but nothing works. I have tested both cards and they works completely fine on their own, no issues with them, nor is there an issue with the pci slots. This is a fresh installation of Windows 10 and crossfire worked fine with Windows 7. I have scoured the internet looking for a solution but the only one I can find is running the game in borderless window mode, which is very difficult sometimes and nearly the same as running with only one card. The last solution I can come up with is getting a new Crossfire bridge (which is coming in a few days), but I have a feeling that it won't help.
