Acer Aspire One 722 Netbook, just upgraded to Win 10 (from Win 7). I have a Radeon hd 6290 display adapter.
How do I update the drivers for Win 10.
Some programs are not displaying properly since "upgrade"!
Hi John stolarczyk,
I could not see your Notebook on the Acer supported product list for Windows 10. Please speak to Acer for further information regarding this.
Meanwhile you can download a Windows 10 driver for the HD6xxxM series below.
Step 1> Go to http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
Step 2> Scroll down to manually select your driver
Step 3> Select Notebook Graphics
Step 4> Select Your Graphics Card Family from the list (Radeon HD Series)
Step 5> Select Your Specific Graphics Card (Radeon HD6xxxM )
Step 6> Select your Operating System (Win 10)
Step 7> Click Display results
Please install our Graphics Drivers following this guide. http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/catalyst-windows-install.aspx
Has that resolved the problem?
No, because there is no driver listed.
Here it is.
That result gives a mobile driver nothing for this netbook.
Okay, try Windows Update to see if that provides a driver.
I got the M/s invite without asking and it all downloaded ok, just issues with mouse pad and graphics.
