Having trouble playing 3D movies after windows 10 upgrade

Question asked by cre8toruk on Sep 16, 2015

Dear All,

I've been using my HD5760 to playback movies for ages. I have a Viewsonic PJD7230HD 3D ready projector and though my 3D movie collection is limited and I don't get to watch them often, they have been working fine.

I upgraded to Windows 10 a couple of weeks ago and decided a couple of days ago to watch one of my 3D movies from my collection.

I discovered that the 3D no longer works as 3D playback seems to have a top section and a bottom section and the 3D glasses I have detect there's a 3D signal of some description but can't make head nor tail of it.

Any ideas ? Is it a config setting I can change?

Full system spec Dell XPS Studio PC, 16GB RAM, Radeon HD5760, Viewsonic PJD7230HD projector, software windows 10 + stereoscopic player, latest drivers installed too.
