I'm new at the forum and let me explain my problem. Bought a new AMD FX-8350, put that on my mobo, did some tests with some games and it worked pretty well. Then i did some test while streaming, then it wont worked. The game fps while playing and streaming keeps on 180-240 (on csgo) thats a really good fps, but after some minutes, like 7-8 minutes of stream the fps drops to like 25-30 and it is really bad for any game, i got this problem while playing Heroes of the Storm on Ultra Quality (without streaming). I did the same test with csgo and checking the CPU, Mobo temps and voltages with HWMonitor, my temps are pretty good, got like 41-42ºC on CPU and like 51-52ºC on my Mobo, what i noticed is that the VCore drops from 1.3V to 0.9V when the fps starts to drop.

I went to the bios settings and tried to fix the voltage to 1.3V and it wont worked too.

Now i don't know what to do.

my specs:

CPU: AMD FX-8350

Motherboard: Asus m5a78l-m/usb3

RAM: 2x4Gb Kingston DDR3 1333mhz

GPU: GTX 750 Zotac 1gb ddr5

Cooler: Cooler Master Water-Cooler Seidon 120V 120mm

Corsair CX-500W - CP-9020047-WW 80 Plus Bronze

OS: Windows 10 - 64bits.

Note: I disabled AMD Turbo Technology and Cool' n Quiet on bios.
