A lot of threads are "solved" with the answer "The Radeon ... series products do not meet Windows 10 hardware requirements."
The Windows 10 hardware requirements defined by Microsoft can be found here:
- Graphics card:DirectX 9 or later with WDDM 1.0 driver
IMHO these Windows 10 hardware requirements would perfectly allow a lot of HD 4000 products (and below) to run, if AMD would provide a driver for them.
Please just tell people (your customers, btw) the truth, which is, that you're not willing to provide a driver for those products!
It's obviously not another company's hardware requirement, which prevents AMDs "legacy" GPUs from working with Windows 10.
