Problem solved. After many grueling hours I have manage to make my system stable again.
I uninstalled all of the driver and install the chipset driver first and then the display driver. Apparently it was not enough to just install the required drivers after a fresh install. Even updating Direct X tells me i already have the latest version. So the solution that I have found was that I went into my steamapps->common folder and start to install all of the directx redistributable and all of the visual c++ redistributable (all the years ; 2006,2008,2010,etc) that I can find that was included with the games that I already have downloaded. Restarted the PC and voila, I am able to run my games without any crashes for more than a couple of hours.
Hope this helps anyone else who encountered the same kind of problem.
