Windows 10 Upgrade issue with two AMD Radeon R9 200 graphics cards and 4 monitors

I have two AMD Radeon R9 200 graphics cards and 4 monitors that I just upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10.  As a result, I only have one graphics card and two monitors recognized by windows 10. However, the AMD Catalyst Control Center (under Information -> Hardware) shows both the primary adapter and the linked adapter operating without any problems.  Windows device manager also shows both adapters operating without any problems.

I've upgraded the AMD Catalyst driver to 15.7.1 (7/28/2015).  In the middle of the upgrade process, the linked adapter is recognized and for a brief period, all four monitors come alive and appear to display correctly.  However, by the time the upgrade process finishes only two monitors remain working.  I've also tried upgrading to the AMD Catalyst Beta driver 15.8 Beta (8/30/2015) and get the exact same experience and result.

Does anyone have a solution for this?
