When turning on 3rd monitor windows rearrange themselves

Quick info on my set up before I explain, I have 3 Monitors connected to my computer (System summary shown below), 2 of them are identical 27" samsung monitors 1 hooked up dvi and 1 hooked up through the mini-display port. As well as a 50" 1080p TV connected through HDMI. The Issue I am having started after I updated my video card/catalyst drivers to the newer version. When the 50" tv is asleep for 5 minutes its power turns off (as it always has). But when I turn the power back on the screens will rearrange all my active windows... They will go randomly all to the 2 samsung monitors. This is an issue I never had before. I mainly use the larger monitor for netflix/twitch so it always has a browser open in it and it is annoying to constantly have to move it back up there everytime the monitor falls asleep. I do not want to have do disable sleep mode on the monitors so do not suggest that please. I am sorry if this issue has been corrected by someone else I was unsure of exactly what to look for. Also I would like to add I had this problem before windows 10 as well on windows 8.1. All 3 Monitors are connected and set as monitors not digital flat panel tv's at 1920x1080 this is how things have always been set. I am hoping its just some new "power saving" option or something that makes when the tv goes off it undetects it or soemthing. I appreciate the help in advance.
