Memory leak in Catalyst Control Center for Windows Server 2012R2

I am using Windows Server 2012R2 with a Radeon R5 240 1GB. Upon starting my computer the Catalyst Control Center will randomly start to gain memory. Starts at around 15MB and grows at around 1 - 0.5MB per second and uses ~25% of my CPU (1 core 100%). Sometimes this doesn't start to happen for an hour after the computer has been turned on. I can always make it happen if I try to open the control center. That immediatly makes it stop responding to any input I give it. But I can still use my computer minus 1 CPU core that it takes up. But I cannot change any of my settings which makes it difficult to add another monitor.
