    GPU Not performing!

When I play games, my GPU is never being used 100% of the time or even 50%, its mainly below 50% meaning that my games aren't running as smooth as they could be. Anyone got anything that could help?

      Thanks, Jon

PS: If needs be I can supply msinfo and dxdiag

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

              Processor: AMD A10 5800k

Graphics Card: MSI Radeon R9 290 Twin Frozr 2

              Power Supply:  800w, Coolermaster, RS-800-80GA-D3

              I haven't check for a bios update

              windows update kb3081449 and below

Well this issue has been going on for a while but I haven't really played any games that were highly demanding but when GTA 5 was released I noticed that the gpu wasn't peforming to 100%. I have run a benchmark to see if my card gets used 100% and it does in bench marking but not during gaming.

I've tried a few things like wiping my drivers then reinstalling the newest driver and many other simple tweaks but nothing worked
