AMD Frame Rate Target Control

Yesterday I've bought new MSI Radeon R9 380 Gaming 4G gaming card. I've installed factory CD (from box) and installed latest driver "amd-catalyst-15.7.1-with-dotnet45-win8.1-64bit.exe".

Now the problem is I don't have Frame Rate Target Control on my CCC list, I've looked everywhere I could. Under Performance, it list as follows:
- Graphic OverDrive
- CPU Power

- CPU OverDrive

- AMD OverDrive

I've follow these link:

Still see nothing. My full PC spec:

AMD FX-8350

Corsair Vegeance 4gb x4 (16gb)

MSI Radeon R9 380 Gaming 4G
Asus Crosshair V Formula

Samsung 850 EVO 250gb SSD

Termaltake 450Watt Lite Power
Windows 7 64bit Pro
Dell 23" Monitor

...and 1 extra question:
I've accepted "OverDrive" agreement (I was trying to look "Frame Rate") but I didn't touch anything on OverDrive this mean when I've overclocked my graphic card? The factory is OC edition, but saw "Graphic OverDrive Enabled" and "AMD OverDrive Enabled". Should be Disabled to be safe or did I break any warranty? I was shocked when I've saw "OverDrive enabled" on some setting, but I've only clicked "accept" to see more info about OverDrive to find "Frame Rate Target Control".

Many Thanks
