    Does 7950 support DirectX 12?

      Dear AMD Community,

I have a question to ask about the 7950 also known as the re-branded 280 which I read supports DX12 and so would all the cards that have GCN architecture.

Now, I am quite a low budget gamer and often can't afford cards or any hardware from top of the line like the Fury series,

I was planning on putting my 7950 in crossfire with a 280x when I get the chance to do it.

Now yes, my question here is will 7950 support DX12? By all means it does have 1.0 GCN architecture and is identical to the 280 I really hope it does because I could really use that boost in gaming.

Also, if they do support it, will it be half support or full support? From the R9 series I read that it fully supports DX12 no matter if it's 1.0 or 1.2.

I own a Gigabyte 7950 with a stock speed of 1 Ghz on boost.

      Thanks for reading,
