ESO Tamriel Unlimited not working

Hi, I have recently upgraded to win 10 and now ESO will not work. Upon launching the game a black screen appears with an error message "AMD display driver stopped responding and has recovered". I have the latest AMD drivers, my processor is AMD Radeon R7 M260.
