OS is Windows 10 Home 64bit.

Graphics Card is AMD Radeon 5770.

I have the custom of installing everything to another Drive that isn't the system default so when I format my computer or reinstall the system I don't lose the files.

But for a long time I have been having this problem where if I install Radeon Drivers on another drive that isn't the system default, it doesn't install Catalyst Control Center correctly.

So like the Right Click Context option to launch CCC either disappears or crashs the explorer.exe and CLI.exe.

Also CCC stops working.

CCC doesn't launch at Windows Startup.

The only solution is to reinstall Radeon Drivers and not change the install folder / drive. Then it starts working perfectly again.
