What is your graphics card, and what are the monitor models and how are they connected (DVI/HDMI/etc) - please list the adaptors/dongles being used
graphics card is ATI Firepro V4800, 1DVI (dell p2210 monitor) & 2 Display ports (2 dell 1908wfp monitors)
What driver did you install ?
When I installed windows 10 I lost 1 of 3 monitors, I am looking to see if there is fix for this problem
What driver did you install for Windows 10 ?
There are Beta drivers available here : Download Drivers
Ray, I am also having the same issue after Windows 10 upgrade on 3 monitors. The drivers you linked do nothing and I have ran a clean install of the drivers and used the DDU uninstall tool.

My response was to the poster who has a Firepro Workstation card.
You should be using the Catalyst 15.7.1 driver for Windows 10.
What are the monitors, to which card is each one connected and how are they connected - please list exact adapters/dongles used.
Monitors are installed to the Master card in the crossfire configuration per AMD documentation
Dell P2213 HDMI
Dell P2213 DVI
Dell P2213 DVI-D
Also having the exact same issue. This setup worked fine in windows 7 and 8.1. Have installed the latest driver but Catalyst (15.7.1) continues to tell me I have to disable a previous desktop or display to activate the third.
I have now downgraded to win7, and all 3 mointors are working perfect again. Please inform me if AMD fix it

I have tried both DVI dongles and HDMI dongles but cannot get all three monitors to work This was working fine on Windows 10 until my last reboot (and apparently some updates which I cannot find to uninstall)
Dongles are from Cable Matters.
I had this same issue years ago with Windows 7, and I figured out it was my USB 3.0 hub causing the issue. I replaced it with a new USB 3.0 hub and it fixed the issue. I did notice that there was an error from my VIA USB 3.0 eXtensible so I uninstalled / reinstalled and eventually disabled it. No luck. I will now try removing it.
LG M2762D (alive)
HP x2301 (alive)
HP x2301 (displays POST BIOS screen then dies when Windows 10 boots)
I removed both of my USB 3.0 hubs, but the third display is still not working.
I uninstalled Windows 10 and reverted back to Windows 8.1 and all three monitors are functioning again. I reinstalled Windows 10 and now all three monitors are still working, same as the first time. This time, however, I have created a Windows 10 System Image backup, so the next time that faulty ATI Windows 10 update gets installed, I will hopefully be able to revert back to pristine Windows 10 without having to go back to Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 a third time. I still haven't figured out how to uninstall specific updates in Windows 10.
