Errors when installing AMD Catalyst 15.7.1 on Radeon HD 6530D (Win 10 64-bit)

I downloaded the drivers directly from AMD, which lists the "Radeon HD 6000D Series" as supported with the latest Catalyst drivers for Windows 10 x64. However, the installation finishes with the following warning:

<error><msg>Driver Install: the specified driver package was not installed for matching devices</msg></error></monetreport>

I have also tried a clean install through the "Uninstall a Program" feature, & used Windows to search online and in the C:/AMD/ subfolders, both to no avail. The drivers currently on my system are 15.20-150602a-184724E, and on Windows 10 this makes even a low-power usage game like TF2 lag in a way that renders it unplayable. Is this actually the drivers or is the game itself to blame? If anyone has knowledge on a solution to this install issue it would be greatly appreciated.
