The only work around I have found with the new drivers is when all the screens start flickering is to disable eye finity and then to re-enable it. It seems to only affect my computer when eyefinity its enabled. When its disabled it does not come back.
32GB of Memory
2x 290x Crossfire
3x LG Ultrawide Montiors when set via eyefinity display 7680 x 1080
Creative ZXR Soundcard, audio is handled through soundcard only the hdmi audio driver is not installed
900 Watt PSU
Several SSDs and an HDD
I can capture a video if needed via phone and upload it to youtube if it helps.
Does it look like this? Do you have a 290/390? If so, make an issue report then install the 8.1 version of AMD Catalyst 15.6 Beta Driver for Windows
Make sure you use DDU and have it disable automatic updates
I am having this exact same problem! It's been driving me crazy. The problem surfaced in 15.7 and was not fixed in 15.7.1. It occurred in Win 8.1 and yesterday I did a clean install of Win 10 Pro and the same issue resurfaced. I too, did not have this issue with the Omega drivers.
My setup (nothing overclocked):
2x Sapphire R9 290 (problem occurs with CrossfireX turned off or on)
2x Dell U2715H Ultrasharp 2560x1440 (one connected with DisplayPort, one with HDMI)
Intel Core i7 4770-K
MSI Z87 G45 Gaming
3x 4GB G.Skill DDR3 1866
Not running Eyefinity. Switching CrossFireX on or off seems to resolve the issue for anywhere between 30 minutes to a few hours. It seems like certain kinds of video or locking/unlocking Windows triggers the issue, but not every time.
I'm really hoping this gets fixed soon.
Edit: Video proof
wow telcoguy, yeah that's the problem! Thank you for posting. I am glad I'm not the only affected by this. I have used the link posted and submitted the glitch.
It seems that disabling crossfire helps more than disabling/re-enabling eyefinitiy. Please get this problem fixed.
mines like that on HD7970's where do you man an issue report ? The issue shows in boot also and after formating in the windows installation screens
