DVI to HDMI cable not working with Windows 10 + Catalyst 15.7.1, can someone please help?

I am using a 1440p monitor which only has one input: DVI. The monitor does not detect any signal when I use my Dual Link DVI-D to HDMI 1.4 cable any more, since installing Windows 10. This used to work without any problems in Windows 7 + Catalyst 15.7.

      • I have updated to Catalyst 15.7.1 (proof in attached screenshot), still doesn't work.
      • I have tested the monitor with a normal DVI to DVI cable, it works. (But I still desperately need the DVI to HDMI cable to work due to the way my monitors are set up with my graphics card's limited outputs)
      • I have restart my computer several times, and this hasn't been working since the 29th.
      • I have DDU'd the driver and re-installed it, still doesn't work.
      • This is the exact cable that I'm using.
      • My graphics card is the Radeon HD 7950 Gigabyte Windforce 3 or GV-R795WF3-3GD Rev 2.0 to be exact.

Has anyone got any other suggestions, or could this be a driver issue that needs fixed by AMD?
