Latest driver killed my R290 DVI signal (Windows 10)

Question asked by misterteatime on Jul 31, 2015

Hi there,

I have just upgraded to thlatest Catalyst driver - after upgrading to Windows 10.

The screen went black and I got a "DVI No Signal" message.

I plugged in an HDMI cord and everything worked as normal.

I unplugged HDMI and rebooted with DVI - I get the option to enter Setup and then the Windows icon - and then I hear a loud click and the screen goes black - and the DVI No Signal message.

I plug in HDMI and I see the login page.

I have a 144Hz gaming monitor - which is why I prefer DVI to HDMI. I would really like this functionality back - any ideas how I can fix this?
