Upon installing Windows 10 I now have a issue where it is not recognizing my display drivers. I have uninstalled and reinstalled CCC multiple times with no effect.
Try the "have disk" method from the device manager....display..update driver , install from a disk, I'll choose the driver , Have disk , browse to the folder you opened the driver package in , choose the correct .inf file and let it install.
I figured it out. I went to control panel and removed everything CCC related. Then went into device manager, uninstalled both the display adapter and my video card. Rebooted the computer and installed new CCC drivers. Fixed everything. I also had an issue with no sound. Uninstalled the driver in device manager and downloaded updated sound pack from Realtek. Sound and everything is back and I am rockin' and a rollin. Diggin' Windows 10. I liked 8.1 though as well. New features are nice though. Hope this is just the beginning to a great new OS. Thank you very much for your reply.
Glad you got it sorted..GAME ON!!
Just for future reference
This may seem like a stupid question but I'm not very tech savvy so could i ask what you meant by removed everything Catalyst Control Center related? As in uninstalled programs or.....? Sorry if I'm missing something obvious :-S
