Screen warped after installing windows 10. Installing correct drivers doesn't help.

I installed Windows 10 today to find that my primary screen was warped so that much of the sides are  off of the screen. My secondary screen is perfectly fine. I thought this was just because I didn't have the windows 10 drivers for my video card. Well I installed them and my screen is still stretched. I checked my resolution and it had been what it always was, 1920 x 1080. I will attach a screen shot to show what I mean. I remember this happened before on windows 7 when I updated my graphics card drivers. I had to revert the update for it to work again. I have a Radeon R9 200.
