glGetProgramiv(.., GL_ACTIVE_UNIFORM_BLOCK_MAX_NAME_LENGTH, ..) produces GL_INVALID_ERROR

Discussion created by Cedako on Jul 26, 2015

With the OpenGL ES SDK (32 bits version) on Windows, calling `glGetProgramiv(.., GL_ACTIVE_UNIFORM_BLOCK_MAX_NAME_LENGTH, ..)` produces a `GL_INVALID_ENUM` error.

Calling `glGetString(GL_VERSION)` returns "OpenGL ES 3.1.13397 Release", so this enum should be supported according to the specs of OpenGL ES 3.1.

This error is reported with the debug output feature of OpenGL, so I'm sure that it is in fact this function and not another one.
