Not enough space for thread data?

I recently updated the Catalyst drivers on a Windows 8.1 PC to the latest Catalyst 15.7 and toward the end of the installation process, I received the following message.

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files (x86)\AMD\ATI.ACE\Core-Static\MOM.exe

- not enough space for thread data

However, the installation completed anyway.

Should I be concerned? Should I re--install it? Is it good that it did that? Not enough space for thread data? What does that mean? How much does it need?
