Never had so much trouble with any other RAID 1 solution as AMD RAIDXpert. And no support no where, even not in any forum. I'll never will buy a motherboard or a system with AMD RAIDXpert solution for SATA RAID because there is realy no support.
I now have to add a PCI-E RAID card and all of them cost allmost as much as I paid for the motherboard itself. I'm very angry about AMD!
The same problem. Try to remove the quick boot from the motherboard BIOS, this will give more time for hdd to initialize.
I had a similar problem with WD drives though not quite so often. Turned out to be idle drives timing out. Probably doesn't apply to your setup, but worth checking anyway. If this is your problem, look for a firmware upgrade for your drives.
