After deciding it was time to upgrade my PC, i bought a whole new PC and got building, here are my system specs -

 

PC SPEC:

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4GHz Socket AM3+ 8MB Cache Retail Boxed Processor

MB: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 970 Socket AM3+ 8 Channel Audio ATX Motherboard

GRAPHICS: Powercolor Radeon R7 250X Internal Graphic Card 2048 MB

RAM: 4GB 1866MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM HyperX Fury Black Series x 2

PSU: Corsair Builder Series CXM 500W Modular 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX/EPS PSU

Storage; Kingston Technology 60GB Solid State Drive V300 , Western Digital Blue 500GB 7200rpm 16MB

Monitor - Samsung 22A100  - Connection VGA.

Other Monitors - 42" LG LED TV connection HDMI(NOT ALWAYS CONNECTED JUST PLUGGED IN FOR TESTING)

 

 

Problem!!

When the PC is connected to the Monitor i see screen flickers , going from bottom to top of the screen, kinda really faded white lines ! driving me insane, doesn't seem to matter what I'm doing shows up a lot more on blacks,BUT when i connected to the TV to doesn't show up!! also tried extending the Display and having half of the application running on the monitor and the other half on the TV, Still only flickers on the monitor a

 

SYSTEM STATS

CPU - MIN 36 DEGREES - MAX 52 DEGREES

MB - MIN 27 DEGREES - MAX 32

GPU MIN 40- MAX 60

RAM USAGE MIN 17% - MAX 63%

 

After a lot of reading, testing, turning on and off, I'm all outta ideas what i can do to solve this, or even the matter to detect the problem!
