Your system timer is out of whack. That kind of thing is usually caused by unconventional overclocking (such as monkeying with the front side bus speed instead of the multiplier).

Start by making sure your CPU is at stock clocks. You could also look for a BIOS update for your motherboard.
I reinstalled windows but the problem still is not resolved. The parameters of the motherboard are those factory, same for the cpu. I do not understand, I feel that the CPU is broken or the motherboard problem is a asrock 980de3 / U3S3 r2.0, there is no room for a day available, the latest version is 1.10.

I've got Lara running round on nitro, 10x normal speed, squealing straight off cliffs!
AND I got same CPU and mb as you.
Must be a bios issue cos I've tried everything...
tragically must give up games and return to work
