Was fine until recently

Long story short here.

 

Up until yesterday when I had to reboot my computer. I was running the USB 3.0 ports, which my keyboard was connected too, upon reboot. Nada now. By that I mean I see this error when looking in device manager.

 

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Generic USB xHCI Host Controller

I remember a while back it was saying "AMD" and now I'm seeing this. Any ways to fix it , since my keyboard was using the 3.0 USB port

and now it can't. I can't even get into my Bios by pressing delete since this has happened, so therefore USB 3.0 has to run all the time now.
