OCZ Trion 100 TRN100-25SAT3-960G 2.5" 960GB SATA III TLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) - Newegg.com

This is OCZs newest drive, and the first to be made with Toshiba's TLC flash. As it is their first, it isn't perfect, and is classified as the entry or value series, and the benchmarks back it up

However, at that price point of $300 (MSRP is $369.99 which is ridiculous compared to the competition), and including the OCZ ShieldPlus warranty perks, for notebooks and NAS, particularly home media NAS, as well as anywhere reads dominate writes, that kind of price makes it a great deal.

One thing's for sure, 1TB range SSDs are solidly in the affordable range.
