Driver Update Ruined my PC

Question asked by lpankhurst on Jul 12, 2015

I installed the driver update as per Control Centres invitation and it left a box open saying "No AMD driver is installed on this system" although the windows New Driver Installed box popped up too. Post the update Cyberlink will not play back Blu-Rays correctly, the colour is completely mangled and I have massive tearing while scrolling web pages. Attempted reinstall, similar problems. I have had to go back to the back up of the C drive which I made two weeks ago to get it to work properly. Why is there no roll back option in control centre? Why is this driver and software update so buggy?

I'm running at 4K resolution on an R9290x
