I was looking into buying 2 AMD Radeon R9 Fury X cards for a CrossFire setup, which will be one of the components in the PC that I'm going to be building. For the rest of the hardware in the computer, I'm going to have an Intel Core i7 5820K, 16 GB of DDR4 RAM, and Windows 8.1 Pro for the OS. I was just wondering if I'd be able to max out all the latest AAA titles (i.e. Dying Light, GTA V, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt) and upcoming games (Star Wars: Battlefront, Fallout 4, etc.) at 1080p, with playable performance (50 - 60 FPS)?
Here's all of the information put into a cleaner format:
Gaming PC Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7 5820K (3.3 GHz Hex-Core)
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 Fury X ×2 - CrossFire (4 GB HBM × 2 = 8 GB HBM Total)
RAM: 16 GB DDR4
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro (Microsoft Office 365 included)
And honestly, I don't remember the rest of the specs, but in total, the cost is around $2, 900 - $3000 for the entire build.
